Lice Clinics of America Lewisville opened in 2025 as the newest addition to owner Amanda Westerman’s North Texas clinics. The location expanded the team’s reach into Lewisville and surrounding communities, building on nearly a decade of experience helping local families through head lice.
Amanda’s journey with Lice Clinics of America began in 2016 after years in the salon industry and her own experience dealing with lice when her twins were young. What started with one clinic in McKinney has grown over the years, but the approach has remained the same: make families feel comfortable, answer questions without judgment, and make an unpleasant situation as easy as possible.

Where is the Lewisville lice clinic, and is there parking?
Lice Clinics of America Lewisville is located at 522 S. Edmonds Lane, Suite 102, Lewisville, TX 75067, directly across from Lakeland Church. Look for the center door between the two green awnings. Free parking is available directly outside the clinic.
Does everyone in my family need to be checked for lice?
Yes! We strongly recommend having everyone in the household checked when one person has lice. People can have lice without knowing it, since symptoms may take several weeks to appear. Checking everyone at the same time helps find any other infestations before lice has a chance to keep circulating through the household. Our 30-day guarantee also requires all household members to be checked and anyone who has lice to be treated.
Do you treat both children and adults?
Yes! We treat both children and adults at our Lewisville clinic. We see everyone from little kids to adults, and our technicians are experienced in working with all ages, hair lengths, and hair textures.
How long does a lice treatment appointment take?
Most appointments take about an hour from start to finish. Our Signature AirAllé® treatment is designed to take care of the lice and eggs in one visit, so you can get back to your normal routine without spending days or weeks combing, re-treating, and constantly cleaning at home. Very long, thick, or heavily infested hair may take a little longer, but there is no additional charge. For most families, it’s about an hour with us instead of weeks dealing with lice on your own.
What should I bring to my lice treatment appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and avoid putting hair products in before your visit. Wear a shirt you don’t mind tossing in the wash when you get home and bring your insurance card if you plan to request reimbursement. If applicable, also bring proof of first responder or military status so our team can discuss available options with you.
We have toys, books, iPads, and other electronic entertainment for the kids, but feel free to bring your own! The heated-air portion of the treatment feels like a warm massage on your head, so adults tend to close their eyes and relax while the kids usually keep busy playing on phones and iPads.
