For an unfortunate situation this place takes the stress out of it all. My daughter had lice so we all went in for a check. They were professional and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I remember having it as a kid and it was a pain. This(hopefully) one and done treatment is so worth the cost. Lice Clinics of America Addison opened in 2022 as the second North Texas location for owner Amanda Westerman. After seeing families travel to the original McKinney clinic for help with head lice, Addison was opened to make professional treatment more convenient for families throughout North Dallas and the surrounding communities.
Amanda’s path to Lice Clinics of America began after years in the salon industry and her own experience dealing with lice when her twins were young. That experience shaped the approach her clinics still have today—making families feel comfortable, answering questions without judgment, and taking as much stress as possible out of the experience.
Today, the Addison clinic’s trained lice professionals continue that approach, helping families of all ages get through head lice and back to normal as quickly as possible. The team is proud to be a trusted resource for local families, schools and nurses throughout the community.

Where is the Addison lice clinic, and is there parking?
Lice Clinics of America Addison is located at 4002 Belt Line Road, Suite 140, Addison, TX 75001, in The Forum at Belt Line near the corner of Belt Line and Surveyor, next to Joe’s Italian Restaurant. Free parking is available, and the clinic has a private entrance at the back of the building for added convenience and privacy.
Does everyone in my family need to be checked for lice?
Yes! We strongly recommend having everyone in the household checked when one person has lice. People can have lice without knowing it, since symptoms may take several weeks to appear. Checking everyone at the same time helps find any other infestations before lice has a chance to keep circulating through the household. Our 30-day guarantee also requires all household members to be checked and anyone who has lice to be treated.
Do you treat both children and adults?
Yes! We treat both children and adults at our Addison clinic. We see everyone from little kids to adults, and our technicians are experienced in working with all ages, hair lengths, and hair textures.
How long does a lice treatment appointment take?
Most appointments take about an hour from start to finish. Our Signature AirAllé® treatment is designed to take care of the lice and eggs in one visit, so you can get back to your normal routine without spending days or weeks combing, re-treating, and constantly cleaning at home. Very long, thick, or heavily infested hair may take a little longer, but there is no additional charge. For most families, it’s about an hour with us instead of weeks dealing with lice on your own.
What should I bring to my lice treatment appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and avoid putting hair products in before your visit. Wear a shirt you don’t mind tossing in the wash when you get home and bring your insurance card if you plan to request reimbursement. If applicable, also bring proof of first responder or military status so our team can discuss available options with you.
