Our clinic is located in Springfield at 3433 South Campbell, Suite N. We are in the office building on the 2nd floor (top right of the building). We are off Campbell Road between Walmart and the Kia dealership. Our two cross streets are Walnut Lawn and Campbell Road. The commercial building and shopping area is called Liberty Commons.

Hair

It is important to come with dry, tangle-free and product-free hair.

Clothes

The final step in our treatment process includes oil that may drip.

Cleaning

Hold off on deep cleaning. We'll tell you what needs to be done (it's less than you'd think).

Don't Forget the Whole Family

If one person has lice, others in the household may too. Bring the whole family to be checked and treated if needed to help prevent re-infestation.

This time is reserved especially for you.

Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable but are applied to services. No-shows result in loss of deposit.

To avoid cross-contamination in the home (which the CDC ranks the #1 source of lice) ALL females and ALL children in the household must be checked for lice and nits to receive the 30-day guarantee (even boys with short/buzzed hair). Lice can live on 1/8 inch of hair. Dad does not need to be checked for the guarantee UNLESS his hair is below the ears or if his spouse is positive. If an individual is positive, they must be treated to receive the guarantee. All family members must be seen within 24 hours for the guarantee to apply.

We offer $10 recheck head checks within 30 days of receiving a treatment or head check. Though not required, many opt to book these during the 30-day period for peace of mind. We recommend booking at least 7-10 days after the initial treatment.
