Only great things to say about this place. Lice is humiliating enough but the girls here are so sweet and knowledgeable. They really make you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I am terrible with names but the girl who treated my daughter today was just so sweet and gentle with her. And the other girl who was handling another child was just so sweet and helpful too. If this ever happens again we are coming straight to this place.

Where is the San Antonio West lice clinic, and is there parking?
We’re conveniently located in Merrill Plaza on DeZavala Rd about 1.5 miles west of I-10 next door to Summerlin Daycare and across the street from Dominos Pizza and Great Clips. Our building is stucco with a Spanish tile roof. We are in Building 2, located on the first floor in Suite 210.
Does everyone in my family need to be checked for lice?
Yes! We strongly recommend having everyone in the household checked when one person has lice, including members of split households. People can have lice without knowing it, since symptoms may take several weeks to appear. Checking everyone at the same time helps find any other cases before lice have a chance to spread through the household. Our 30-day guarantee also requires all household members to be checked and anyone who has lice to be treated.
Do you treat both children and adults?
Yes! We treat both children and adults at our San Antonio West clinic. We see everyone from little kids to adults, and our technicians are experienced in working with all ages, hair lengths, and hair textures.
How long does a lice treatment appointment take?
Most appointments take about an hour per person from start to finish. Our Signature AirAllé® treatment is designed to take care of the lice and eggs in one visit, so you can get back to your normal routine without spending days or weeks combing, re-treating, and constantly cleaning at home.
Very long, thick, or heavily infested hair may take a little longer, but there is no additional charge in most cases. For most families, it’s about an hour with us instead of weeks dealing with lice on your own.

What should I bring to my lice treatment appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and avoid putting hair products in before your visit. Wear a shirt you don’t mind tossing in the wash when you get home. If applicable, also bring proof of Medicaid, military or educator status so our team can discuss available discounts with you.
We have books, colors and coloring books for the kids, but feel free to bring your own entertainment!
The heated-air portion of the treatment feels like a warm massage on your head, so adults tend to close their eyes and relax while the kids usually keep busy coloring or playing on phones and iPads.
