Our daughter got lice from school and this is the first place that I looked up and I will always use them for now on. We got our whole family screened and ultimately, our daughter was treated for a mild case. Thao and the other technicians that helped our family were wonderful. Gentle and easy going which help calm any anxiety. Our daughter's hair was thoroughly treated and in a timely way. The response time from when we booked the appt was also very fast. If there is a reinfestation within 30 days after initial treatment, they will treat for free. The clinic is clean and quiet.

Checking everyone at the same time helps find any other infestations before lice has a chance to keep circulating through the household. Our 30-day guarantee also requires all household members to be checked and anyone who has lice to be treated.

Do you treat both children and adults?

Yes! We treat both children and adults at our S. San Francisco clinic. We see everyone from little kids to adults, and our technicians are experienced in working with all ages, hair lengths, and hair textures.

How long does a lice treatment appointment take?

Most appointments take about an hour from start to finish. Very long, thick, or heavily infested hair may take a little longer, and there will be additional charge. What should I bring to my lice treatment appointment?

Please arrive with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and avoid putting hair products in before your visit. Wear a shirt you don’t mind tossing in the wash when you get home. If applicable, also bring proof of first responder or military status so our team can discuss available options with you. We have toys, books, iPads, and other electronic entertainment for the kids, but feel free to bring your own! The heated-air portion of the treatment feels like a warm massage on your head, so adults tend to close their eyes and relax while the kids usually keep busy playing on phones and iPads.
