Where is the Lexington lice clinic, and is there parking?
We’re conveniently located just two stoplights down from Exit 108 off I-75, right past Meijer. We are in the Stonecrest Office Colony in the 2nd set of business condos on the left, suite 4105 (1st floor).
Does everyone in my family need to be checked for lice?
Yes! We strongly recommend having everyone in the household checked when one person has lice. People can have lice without knowing it, since symptoms may take several weeks to appear. Checking everyone at the same time helps find any other infestations before lice has a chance to keep circulating through the household. Our 30-day guarantee also requires all household members to be checked and anyone who has lice to be treated.
Do you treat both children and adults?
Yes! We treat both children and adults at our Lexington clinic. We see everyone from little kids to adults, and our technicians are experienced in working with all ages, hair lengths, and hair textures.
How long does a lice treatment appointment take?
Most appointments take about an hour from start to finish. Our Signature AirAllé® treatment is designed to take care of the lice and eggs in one visit, so you can get back to your normal routine without spending days or weeks combing, re-treating, and constantly cleaning at home.
Very long, thick, or heavily infested hair may take a little longer, but there is no additional charge, unless it takes more than 1.5 hours. Additional time and fees will be discussed as needed, but never added without prior knowledge. For most families, it’s about an hour with us instead of weeks dealing with lice on your own.

What should I bring to my lice treatment appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and avoid putting hair products in before your visit. Wear a shirt you don’t mind tossing in the wash when you get home and bring your insurance card if you plan to request reimbursement. If applicable, also bring proof of first responder or military status so our team can discuss available options with you.
We have toys, books, iPads, and other electronic entertainment for the kids, but feel free to bring your own!
The heated-air portion of the treatment feels like a warm massage on your head, so adults tend to close their eyes and relax while the kids usually keep busy playing on phones and iPads.
