Very welcoming environment! I was worried I’ve had lice still after a long time and wanted to make sure if I had it or not. I didn’t get to ask the front desk associate her name but she was very sweet and kind and made the process so much easier than I thought! Instead of having me wait for a representative to be done with a patient she got up and began to process on me! It’s very rare you find people like that and I’m happy I’ve encountered a very kind hearted individual ❤️ definitely recommend this place!! Even if you have doubts or not they will not charge you unnecessary charges!! Thank you so much once again😊
Highly recommend!!! So grateful for this place! All the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Got us in right away even though it was late in the evening! The place was very clean and Angela was amazing! She was so kind, gentle, patient and knowledgeable. She gave us great advice and was able to ease my nerves! She even called in another staff member, Maureen last minute to help treat us quicker since it was late and we had two small children. Maureen arrived quickly and was professional and knowledgeable as well. I couldn’t believe how accommodating they were on such short notice. It made the process so much easier and helped relax one stressed out momma! Highly recommend!!!

Our clinic is at 4873 S. State Street in Murray, just south of I-215 on the east side of State Street. We are located between H&R Block and the U.S. Army Reserves, with convenient parking directly in front of the clinic.
Does everyone in my family need to be checked for lice?
Yes! We strongly recommend having everyone in the household checked when one person has lice. People can have lice without knowing it, since symptoms may take several weeks to appear. Checking everyone at the same time helps find any other infestations before lice has a chance to keep circulating through the household. Our 30-day guarantee also requires all household members to be checked and anyone who has lice to be treated.
Do you treat both children and adults?
Yes! We treat both children and adults at our Garden City clinic. We see everyone from little kids to adults, and our technicians are experienced in working with all ages, hair lengths, and hair textures.
How long does a lice treatment appointment take?
Most appointments take about an hour from start to finish. Our Signature AirAllé® treatment is designed to take care of the lice and eggs in one visit, so you can get back to your normal routine without spending days or weeks combing, re-treating, and constantly cleaning at home. Very long, thick, or heavily infested hair may take a little longer, but there is no additional charge. For most families, it’s about an hour with us instead of weeks dealing with lice on your own.
What should I bring to my lice treatment appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and avoid putting hair products in before your visit. Wear a shirt you don’t mind tossing in the wash when you get home and bring your insurance card if you plan to request reimbursement. If applicable, also bring proof of first responder or military status so our team can discuss available options with you.
We have toys, books, iPads, and other electronic entertainment for the kids, but feel free to bring your own! The heated-air portion of the treatment feels like a warm massage on your head, so adults tend to close their eyes and relax while the kids usually keep busy playing on phones and iPads.
