We are currently looking for an Appointment Scheduler to receive calls from customers, and to book them for appointments. Seeking positive, patient, customer-focused individuals who pay attention to details.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Alert (text) all Technicians for the day that you are on phones and managing the schedule for the time-period you are on them.
- Double-check the day’s schedule for anything abnormal
- Alert Technicians with no appointments to either be on-call or conduct administrative work.
- Using the phone system (Call Tracking Metrics), receive in-bound calls from customers and book the appointment, and/or assist with any inquiries.
- Using the phone system (Call Tracking Metrics), make outbound calls to confirm appointments, assist customers with inquiries.
- Stay in constant contact and observation of Technicians and the appointment book, schedule openings, coordinate multiple treatments, and adjust/manage the appointment book, as needed.
- Update the appointment system (Meevo) with any on-call or staffing updates, at the close of your phone shift.
- Alert any technicians of outstanding items.
SALARY:

We have an extensive training program, so no need to have prior experience.

Additionally, the Lead Technician assumes select administrative duties for the clinic. Those daily tasks consist of leveraging the LCA Productivity Calendar, which include a detailed day of the monthly tasks. Tasks include, but aren’t limited to:
- Confirm all appointments for the day
- Audit of previous days appointments
- Audit payments processed correctly / drawer is accurate
- Audit of digital forms in our appointment system (Meevo)
- Audit daily production plan declines
- Obtain pediatrician & school addresses for the Lice Alert Postcard program
- Communicate with every staff member
- Conduct marketing activities
- Review the late schedule, make adjustments for late staff (oncall, call center, etc.) & time clock

Clinic Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lice Clinics of America provides head lice treatment services to families and individuals suffering from head lice.
We need an experienced Clinic Manager, who can help manage the office needs of select clinics, both on-site and remotely. As we continue to grow, the daily operational tasks need oversight and execution. We are looking for positive energy, and a self-starter “people-person”. No previous experience in the lice industry required, although experience in a medical environment is a plus.
This Clinic Manager role will not typically perform treatments on a daily basis, as that is reserved for our Technicians. However, this position must be able to perform treatments as the business dictates and to train newly hired Technicians.
We are an evolving and growing company, so the responsibilities of the Office Manager may adjust as new needs emerge and old needs vanish. Flexibility is important.
Primary characteristics of the Lice Clinics of America Manager, across all clinics, will:
- Lead by example, take ownership and initiative
- Resolve daily operational issues prior to escalating
- Drive a consistent customer experience
- Positively influence sales and drive local marketing, including but not limited to approaching Schools, Pediatricians, Hair Salons, Pharmacies, and Daycares in a face-to-face capacity, and leveraging phone, email, and print-based materials.
- Conduct management of inventory
- Oversee Staff Schedules and enhance our team culture
- Periodically visit our remote clinics
- Work hand-in-hand with the Owners
Daily Tasks consist of leveraging the LCA Productivity Calendar, which include detailed day of the month tasks, and also consist of:
- Conduct courtesy calls / survey texts
- Confirm all appointments for the day
- Audit of previous days appointments
- Audit previous late / early calls, & appt requests
- Send Lice Alerts
- Audit employee time clock
- Audit previous day P&L
- Audit payments processed correctly / drawer is accurate
- Audit of digital forms in the appointment system (Meevo)
- Audit daily production plan declines
- Review anonymous Lice Alerts submission report
- Obtain pediatrician & school addresses for the Lice Alert Postcard program
- Review the LCA dashboard report
- Review courtesy call & customer survey reports
- Attend LCA daily stand up meetings
- Communicate with every staff member
- Conduct marketing activities
- Review late schedule, make adjustments for late staff (oncall, call center, etc.) & review time clock
- Audit end of day call log, (missed calls, voicemails, appointment requests)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Google Tool Suite (i.e. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, etc.)
College degree not required, but is a plus
