ACTIVE RINSE INSTRUCTIONS

Product Information

Clinic-proven, non-toxic and pesticide-free lice treatment solution. Used by professional technicians in our clinics to gently, safely and effectively eliminate lice infestations.

Shake the Active Rinse vigorously prior to beginning the treatment. Apply the full 2 oz. treatment dose to the hair and scalp. Work the rinse into the hair until both the hair and scalp are thoroughly saturated, paying close attention to the scalp and roots. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Once all the hair is saturated with the Active Rinse, allow the rinse to remain in the hair for ten (10) minutes.

Use a metal nit comb to remove the lice, eggs, and excess Active Rinse from the hair. Use hair clips or bobby pins to part the hair into manageable sections such that there is not too much hair for the comb to have to pass through. Be sure the comb gently contacts the scalp as it passes through the hair, as this is where lice and their eggs are most often found. Pull the comb through the full length of the hair and wipe the comb on a towel after each pass. This step should take 30 to 60 minutes depending on length and thickness of hair.

After completely combing out the hair, wash out the Active Rinse with your regular shampoo. Because Active Rinse is silicone-based, it will take several washings to remove the rinse from the hair.
