Really professional and accommodating experience! We were juggling phones, direction, fighting through traffic with all the construction and with very little time to get there she gave landmarks and it was easy to find. The processing was simple and I was dealing with one crisis while trying to avert another so she understood and I was relieved when I picked her up. She was adding some finishing touches and gave me helpful instructions about her hair care since there was a solution in her hair that she needed to leave in for Twenty minutes. All that and I had time to gather all her linens to wash. After she changed clothes she was very happy with the results.

Where is the San Antonio East lice clinic, and is there parking?
Located in the Dawn Meadows offices at the corner of FM-2252/Nacogdoches Rd and Bat Cave Road, our office is in the lower set of buildings in the back right corner of the courtyard. Just park and walk down the path to find us! We are approximately 1.5 miles south of FM-3009 or about 3 miles north of Loop 1604, making us easily accessible for families in New Braunfels, Schertz, Live Oak, Converse and throughout the greater San Antonio area.
Does everyone in my family need to be checked for lice?
Yes! We strongly recommend having everyone in the household checked when one person has lice, including members of split households. People can have lice without knowing it, since symptoms may take several weeks to appear. Checking everyone at the same time helps find any other cases before lice have a chance to spread through the household. Our 30-day guarantee also requires all household members to be checked and anyone who has lice to be treated.
Do you treat both children and adults?
Yes! We treat both children and adults at our San Antonio East clinic. We see everyone from little kids to adults, and our technicians are experienced in working with all ages, hair lengths, and hair textures.
How long does a lice treatment appointment take?
Most appointments take about an hour per person from start to finish. Our Signature AirAllé® treatment is designed to take care of the lice and eggs in one visit, so you can get back to your normal routine without spending days or weeks combing, re-treating, and constantly cleaning at home.

What should I bring to my lice treatment appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and avoid putting hair products in before your visit. Wear a shirt you don’t mind tossing in the wash when you get home. If applicable, also bring proof of Medicaid, military or educator status so our team can discuss available discounts with you.
We have books, colors and coloring books for the kids, but feel free to bring your own entertainment!
The heated-air portion of the treatment feels like a warm massage on your head, so adults tend to close their eyes and relax while the kids usually keep busy coloring or playing on phones and iPads.
