I am so grateful to everyone at 'Lice Clinics of America' - the booking process was amazing with the owner Andrea, she not only squeezed us in but was also straightforward, kind and empathetic - just what you want in a situation like this. Angie and Sarah who treated our family were also super kind, calm, reassuring and methodical and an absolute pleasure to be around; they put us all at ease. The Clinic is so clean and well run and also discreet. Andrea was as comforting and thoughtful in person for our checkout as she was over the phone, when she booked us in. The website is also great, as it explains everything clearly, so you know what to expect. No family wants to deal with lice but it happens and I am beyond grateful and relieved to know that this clinic exists.
I've had the opportunity to visit this clinic several times and have always been impressed by how welcoming and thoughtfully designed it is. The space is exceptionally clean, organized, and child-friendly, with iPads to keep kids occupied and fun items like squishies for sale to make the experience less stressful. The staff has always been professional, kind, and accommodating, and it's clear they work hard to make families feel comfortable. I also appreciate how discreet the location is, with a private entrance and signage that helps protect clients' privacy. From everything I've observed, they've created a caring, supportive environment for families dealing with an otherwise stressful situation.
Highly recommend and feel very confident in the treatment and care we received for my daughter. I was immediately impressed at how clean and well-maintained the entire space was. Everything felt fresh, organized, and hygienic, which immediately put me at ease in what can otherwise be a stressful situation.

Yes! We strongly recommend having everyone in the household checked when one person has lice. People can have lice without knowing it, since symptoms may take several weeks to appear. Checking everyone at the same time helps find any other infestations before lice has a chance to keep circulating through the household. Our 30-day guarantee also requires all household members to be checked and anyone who has lice to be treated.
Yes! We treat both children and adults at our Ramsey clinic. We see everyone from little kids to adults, and our technicians are experienced in working with all ages, hair lengths, and hair textures.
Most appointments take about an hour from start to finish. Our Signature AirAllé® treatment is designed to take care of the lice and eggs in one visit, so you can get back to your normal routine without spending days or weeks combing, re-treating, and constantly cleaning at home. Very long, thick, or heavily infested hair may take a little longer, but there is no additional charge. For most families, it’s about an hour with us instead of weeks dealing with lice on your own.
Please arrive with clean, dry, tangle-free hair and avoid putting hair products in before your visit. Wear a shirt you don’t mind tossing in the wash when you get home.
We have a tv for the kids, but feel free to bring your own iPad or electronics to keep the kids occupied. The heated-air portion of the treatment feels like a warm massage on your head, so adults tend to close their eyes and relax while the kids usually keep busy playing on phones and iPads.
