WHAT
Lice Alert Postcard Program – Monthly postcard mailings as a courtesy to pediatricians and school staff who have had a patient(s) or student(s) treated for head lice at your clinic.
WHY
We want to stay top-of-mind as they’re seeing cases of head lice in their practice or school. We want them to know there’s a safer and more effective treatment method that prescriptions and over-the-counter options.
WHEN
Your list need to be sent by the last day of the month.
On the first of the following month, the postcards will start their journey of being processed, proofed, printed, receiving postage and being mailed. They will arrive to their destination during the second week of the month.

STEP 1

Columns A - G should include all your clinic information and every row will be the same. Column H designates the postcard audience (pediatrician/school). Columns I - Q is the contact data.
STEP 2
Compile Pediatrician Information
Replace the sample data with pediatrician or school's information of customer's you have treated. Do not modify columns in any way. Make sure to include a row for your address so you know when your cards are delivered.

ONCE THOSE STEPS ARE COMPLETE
We will bill you directly based on the amount of contacts you submitted and the rate of the job that month. As long as we meet our minimum quantity, of 850 contacts, the rate will be $.67 per postcard. If we do not meet our minimum, the cost is $.77 per postcard.
