It is important to come with clean, dry and tangle-free hair. If you have been treating at home please make sure all the residue from those treatments has been removed.
Clothes
Wear a shirt that you donāt mind getting dirty.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Reschedule or Cancellation
Your business is very important to us, and this appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change, so we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or rescheduled with 4 hours notice.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are unable to assist another family in need of our services.
Running Late
We do not have a built-in grace period, so we kindly ask that you plan to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment start time. We do understand that occasionally life can be unpredictable. If you think you are going to be late, please call or text to let us know.
Deposit Policy
Guarantee and Re-Treat Policy
Our service re-treatment policy is only provided on ourĀ Signature AirAllĆ© Treatment.Ā With nearly 950,000 treatments done worldwide and less than a 1% re-treatment rate, we know it works! This is theĀ treatment option that ensures you will leave lice-free with no follow-up required.Ā
Reinfestation
Our treatment has been proven effective 99.2% of the time and we stand behind our work. We cannot promise there will not be a re-infestation, so we must keep our policy to 30-day service re-treatment.
Family Screenings
All family/household members need to be screened and treated, if necessary, for the head lice service re-treatment policy to be valid.
Re-Treatment Window
Our Signature AirAllƩ Treatment is valid for 30 days, which is based on the lice life cycle. We can determine if the treatment has failed (which happens less than 1% of the time) or if there's been a re-infestation. In the unlikely event of a treatment failure, we will re-treat you at no cost.
