Claire Roberts
Chief Executive Officer

Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Larada in July 2013, Claire specializes in launching early stage ventures, leading them through high growth and positioning them to reach their high performance potential.  She has a diverse industry background as a CEO covering manufacturing and distribution, technology, new media and medical informatics.  In addition to her private sector CEO experience, Claire was a key player in the launch of BioCrossroads, the Indiana life sciences economic development organization.  She most recently served as CEO of ArbiterSports, an NCAA-backed SaaS venture headquartered in Sandy, Utah.  Claire heralds from Seattle, Washington, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and is an alumnae of Deloitte and Touche.

Adam Ward
Chief Operating Officer

Adam has a wide background in marketing, operations and finance with 20 years of management experience in industries as diverse as newspapers, software, business services, construction and medical devices.  He was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of eSilverBullet, Chief Operations Officer of Grow America, Vice President of Operations at Eclipse Services and General Manager at the Daily Utah Chronicle.  He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University. He received the Emerging Executive award from the Utah Technology Council in 2011.

Perry Christensen
Chief Financial Officer

Perry has over 35 years of experience working in the United States and abroad in accounting, business management, financial lending, operations and technology.  He spent the early part of his career at Electronic Data Systems where he was responsible for SEC reporting, international accounting and acquisition review and analysis, and at Citibank, where he was the CFO of one of its divisions. Perry has spent the past two decades working as the CFO for many small companies, growing startups and turning around financially distressed companies.

Terri Simpson
Chief Marketing and Sales Officer

Terri has over 25 years in media, digital, sales, advertising and marketing.  Terri has owned radio stations and became Vice President of Integrated Media for NBC Internet, pioneering the integrated media space.  She has serial success as a fundraiser, been a leader in the multi-cultural marketplace, designed and implemented affiliate models that broke new ground, and sold for a profit two of her own companies.  She is a culture builder, strategic matchmaker, business rainmaker and values-based innovator. Terri enjoys impeccable relations and goodwill with many traditional and digital agencies. Terri also has a passion for startups.  She’s engineered and overseen explosive acceleration for myriad entrepreneurial visionaries in need of an equally masterful marketing mind.

Kelly Brodbeck
VP of Product Marketing

From his pioneering graduate work in Photodynamic Therapy for lung cancer detection (Journal of Medical Physics Jul/Aug 1986), to his leadership of the development of Capillary Force Vaporizer technology, to creation of the life-saving Hydrate hospital ventilator circuit humidifier, to development and launch of the myPurMist consumer health & wellness brand, Kelly has spent much of his career in the OTC and FDA-regulated medical-device industry.  In addition, he brings eleven years of product development and consumer-product marketing experience from Clorox.  He led a California technology start-up, Vapore Inc, to a successful exit in 2011.  He has also held a variety of product marketing positions in high technology companies including Raydiance, First Solar, and United American Energy.

Jennifer Jackenthal
VP of Market Development

Jennifer is focused on strategies for clinic success. She sees marketing as the biggest differentiator and “enjoys” analyzing financial statements. Jennifer has been a buyer for national retail chains, travelled to China designing and organizing wholesale production, and worked for an international ad agency. In 2003 she co-founded a 60-unit franchise chain where she honed her skills building processes to help franchisees succeed.

Scott Wilson
VP of Consumer Products

Scott has led organizations for Fortune 500 companies, as well as, venture-backed start-ups. He has a particular affinity for earlier stage companies and high growth environments. Scott has participated in such great successes as the early years of America Online; a venture-backed manufacturing solutions provider called North Systems; and GolfNow.com, which he helped to build from start-up to acquisition by a Fortune 500 company. Most recently, Scott served as President of NuvoH2O, a manufacturer of salt-free water softeners. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
